| ECQA Certified Transnational RTI-Manager for Centrope Region |  |
History"centrope_tt" is an international expert community for technology transfer and innovation support acting in the bordering regions of Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia - called CENTROPE (Central European Region). Supported by an EU-project with the budget of 2 m. EUR, 15 centrope_tt partner institutions are currently establishing tools for the stimulation of cross-border technology transfer between enterprises and universities. One of the outcomes of the project is the possibility to receive the qualification as an ECQA-certified Transnational R(esearch) T(echnology) I(nnovation) - Manager for the CENTROPE region.
ProfileThe "Transnational RTI - Manager" works as a qualified intermediary between SMEs, technology-oriented start up's / spin off's on one side and R&D and educational institutions on the other side; aiming to develop and implement innovations addressing specific company- or business-needs. The core task of this intermediary is to assist companies in finding the correct R&D contacts, to overcome intercultural barriers and to foster communication and collaboration between these two parties to enhance the competitiveness of the businesses through innovation as well as the performance and image of the R&D and educational institutions. The Transnational RTI - Manager training focuses on competences for chances and opportunities in the 4 CENTROPE regions regarding:
Training participants gain knowledge about opportunities for funding & financing, innovation support services and technology transfer in CENTROPE.
