ECQA Conference Day 2 - Four parallel Interactive Workshops
Conference Day - 11.10.2012
The conference day offers a mixture of industry/ experience sessions and research sessions with presentations from leading research organisations and industrial companies. Two streams with 3 sessions allow participants to actively contribute and to share knowledge with other attendees.
The Conference Day bases on the Standford Principle of Stand-up Presentations and Discussions:
- Clustering of Presentations in Topics
- Short Stand-up Presentations
- Moderated Discussions with the Audience
Stream 1 - Innovation in Products and Development
- Session 1A: Communication Skills
- Session 2A: Financial and Business Skills
- Session 3A: Business Process Management
OR
Stream 2 - Process Management Skills
- Session 1B: Innovation Skills
- Session 2B: Quality and Excellence
- Session 3B: Engineering Skills
ECQA General Assembly
The ECQA General Assembly will take place after the first confernce day and is accessible for all ECQA members. We invite you to join the meeting because this year we will have an election and a discussion about the future vision and mission of the ECQA as well.

Enjoy an unforgettable visit at the local “Schreiberhaus Heurigen” where you can reflect and discuss about the main topics of the conference day or socialize with other participants.

Workshop Day - 12.10.2012
For the workshop day a set of interactive half-day workshops is offered. Every participant can choose one workshop for the morning and one for the afternoon. The topics are related to the current situation of economy, technology and business. Each workshop will last two hours. The goal of these workshops is to have an interactive exchange between all participants.
Workshop 1 - Morning Session (2 parallel workshops)
- 1A: Innovation Management (half-day) or
- 1B: Terminology and Process Improvement (half-day)
Workshop 2 - Afternoon Session (2 parallel workshops)
- 2A Business Process Management and Business Process Management in Higher Education Institutions (half-day) or
- 2B: Social Responsibility Management (half-day)
