ECQA Community Description
The ECQA has become a world-wide organisation with representatives in more than 20 countries. Certificates are issued in all European countries as well as other continents such as Canada, USA, South Africa, Russia, Thailand, South America and more for exam organizations, training organisations and trainers.
In 2011 (supported by the EU project dEUcert) we established an online reference system to allow people to be listed for their certificates - to show their competencies achieved, as an advantage for the labour market - and to allow industry and research to publish their interest in ECQA.
This mix of certified and interested people forms a pool, which fertilizes the grounds for a future world-wide community supporting European certification and qualification.
The result is a community of people, who can exchange contacts, share experiences and collaborate on the long term visions of ECQA.
