Description:
Business Process Management (BPM) is the discipline, which covers identification, modelling, analysis, documentation, automatization, maintenance and optimization of business processes.
ECQA Certified Business Process Manager job role will cover managerial, technical and human aspects of BPM.
This 2 year project has been funded with support from the European Commission (programme LifeLong Learning - action Leonardo da Vinci - Transfer of Innovation 2010-1-RO1-LEO05-07445).
Status and important dates:
- The project started in dec. 2011.
- First draft of skillcard and learning materials are available in Q2 2011
- Pilot trainings were performed in jun. 2011
- Final Skillcard and learning materials were available in Q1 2012
- Trainings for public, self-assesment portal and exams are available from Q1 2013
